💚 Family Promise of Collin County

An Evening of Purpose, Community, and Impact

Family Promise of Collin County is proud to welcome back our signature event, the Dinner of Hope, on November 6, 2025 at the Courtyard Marriott in Allen, TX. This inspiring evening is more than a fundraiser; it’s a chance to stand together as a community, celebrate resilience, and rally around families working to rebuild their lives.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help families with children experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. Everything we do is built on our three pillars: Help, Hope, and Housing. From shelter and meals to case management, transitional housing, and ongoing support, we walk alongside families as they take steps toward stability.

This year, we are especially excited to spotlight a new chapter of growth: our partnership with First United Methodist Church of Sachse, which now offers a parsonage as an overnight shelter, expanding our ability to provide safe refuge for families in crisis.

We also believe in equipping families for long-term success. Through our Budget Well program, parents are encouraged to save $500 during their time with us. When they graduate, Family Promise matches that amount, giving families a $1,000 foundation to launch their journey toward financial independence.

By joining us at the Dinner of Hope, you are not only enjoying a meaningful evening, you are helping families in Collin County move from homelessness to hope, from uncertainty to stability, and from crisis to independence.

Your presence will make a direct impact on the lives of families in our community.
